He has served as the Manager from 1990 to 1994 and as Managing Director from 1994 to present. Mr. Francis serves on the boards of several companies including ABI Bank Ltd. & Antigua Brewery Ltd. he is also a director of the Antigua & Barbuda Chamber of Commerce & Industry. |

| Mr. Edwards is the Managing Director of Kennedy’s Enterprises Ltd., one of the leading hardware stores in Antigua. He is a Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor by profession and holds membership in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and the Department of Town and Country Planning. Mr. Edwards has several years experience in project management and construction supervision for the Ministry of Public Works. He is a co-founder of the ABI Financial Group and also serves on the board of several entities. |

| Mr. Glasford Francis is the founder of Kennedy’s Club, which commenced operations in 1962 as a small retail liquor store. He is an astute businessman and was the driving force behind the business until 1994 when his son, Dion Francis, assumed management of the distribution aspect of the company. Mr. Francis is the major shareholder of the company and manages the retail section of the business. |

| Mr. Don Francis has been the Manager of Kennedy’s Liquor World Ltd. from 1990 to 1994. He has served as Operations Manager for Kennedy’s Club Ltd. from 1994 to present. Mr. Francis is the owner of the Purple Dragon Karate School in Antigua, where he has accomplished his 4 th Degree Black belt and the title of Sensei - Martial arts teacher. |

| Mrs. Pauline Francis has been the Managing Director for Kennedy’s Liquor World Ltd. since its inception in 1989. She was also served as one of the Managers of Kennedy’s Club during the period 1969-1989. Mrs. Francis majored in Engineering and Electronics at the Antigua State College 1975-1977. She held the position of District Secretary for Antigua & Barbuda and Montserrat during her employ at First Federation Life Insurance Company (1967-1969). Mrs. Francis has also served as President of the Sickle Cell Association, President of the Cashew Hill Moravian Women’s Fellowship, a Sunday School Superintendent and a Delegate to Synod. |
